I graduated from NMSU with a BS in Computer Science and minors in Math and Economics and started working for IBM in San Jose, CA, as a SW developer for the Storage Division. The first years of my career focused on DFSMS software development, specifically with access methods and device support for storage hardware. After 36 years with IBM, my current position is as the DFSMS Product Manager. I work closely with cross product teams to take high-level solution ideas and map them into concrete, competitive products with compelling user experiences.
