Currently, I serve as the Manager of Mainframe Database Modernization at Sun Life, a global insurance provider. In this role, I lead a team of mainframe DBAs who foster a modernization mindset, adapt to technological advances, and work to transform the perception of mainframes from legacy to LEGENDARY.

Beyond my role at Sun Life, I am actively involved in the Db2 user community, serving on the Board of Directors for the International Db2 Users Group (IDUG) and as President of the Central Canada Db2 Users Group (CCDUG). These leadership positions allow me to contribute to the broader Db2 community by sharing insights and helping shape the future of mainframe database technologies.
