DescriptionAssigning SMS constructs to your data makes allocation a breeze, but it can be difficult to track how and when to apply a specific construct. Making use of ACS routines can take the guesswork out of assigning these constructs, and allow the system to do it for you. However, these ACS routines can be difficult to debug, especially if you didn't write them. This session will take attendees on a guided tour of restructuring an ACS routine, increasing its readability and your own understanding of the logic within. We will focus on a new tool available, the COMPARE feature of the Storage Management UI, to help you maintain your ACS routines simply and efficiently.
