DescriptionEveryone plans on disaster recovery, however urgent care is in critical need of upskilling. How are you prepared to handle urgent situations before making drastic decisions to IPL or back out an upgrade? My guess is that is the playbook. However is this a costly mistake? Yes. Urgent care can reduce the need for IPLing or backing out changes or upgrades. These are costly decisions.
